A very nice group of Men arrived at my house around 9 am, installed nine windows I ordered and did a great job. No mess, no attitudes, good conversation, and very fast for a nine window installment. I am very impressed with the price, installment team, and quality of the windows. We had Mad City windows installed at our old house and I can personally implore you to think harder about that decision. We paid through Window World 50% of the price on nine windows instead of five smaller ones from Mad City. A Big Thank you to Issac M. For an informative stress-free consultation, and Rick, Andrew and Andy for a great job well done installing these windows. P.s. you left your caulking gun. I guess I'll have to add it to my personal tools now. Thank you!

What an excellent job!!! The whole process from start to finish was transparent and understandable. And the construction team, what an awesome and professional job. We had 9 windows replaced including removing a bay window and patio door and they did the whole job in 2 days! We will and would recommend this company anytime we are asked. Thank you Window World

Went to work Monday morning, got home at 2pm, they were just finishing up. 13 windows! All of them excellent. Wife sent pics to me periodically. These guys were awesome. Love my new windows and would recommend Window World. Might I add it was 30 degrees out side!

Trent from the sales team was friendly and helpful. The install team was on time, fast, dependable, courteous and the windows look great! It was a 120 year old house and what a difference it makes. I will be using them again.

I haven't had the chance as yet to really check out all the windows, especially from the outside, but am basically satisfied with them. The men installing were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have one,in my opinion, major compliant.I have new windows, but they are dirty! They even have some black adhesive like substance on some. Why not wash them for the customer after you have installed them?! I have new dirt windows.

They discovered upon installation that the window sash on each small custom window was slightly too large thereby preventing proper closure. They addressed the issue without any hesitation (deferred my final payment) and immediately ordered new sash’s and installed them within 3 weeks. Windows now work perfectly and look great.
