We had all our windows replaced in May by Window World, in Eau Claire, including 2 bay windows and 1 patio door. They showed up prepared. They worked non stop tearing down and installing for 2.5 days. They knew what they were doing. They were conscious not to dirty inside carpet, floors etc by removing shoes and putting plastic over furniture etc. Did an excellent job of cleaning up outdoors hauling away old windows. The color, dark oak, matched well and they did an excellent job of matching trim boards with stain. Prices were better than 2 other quotes we received. Also Daniel explained everything about the window operation, energy efficiency, etc. process beforehand, and measured more than one time. Would highly recommend Window World! They also did the installation of the windows of the CFMIT museum in Chippewa Falls and did a quality job with these also. We would highly recommend Window World

We had 8 windows replaced and the install team was so professional, quick and nice. My 3 kids were very interested in watching the process and the team working inside the house interacted with them and my children really enjoyed that. The install team cleaned up everything when they were done. The day Daniel came out to do our estimate he was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful talking to us about all the options. When I stopped in to make a payment the office staff was very kind as well. I will definitely recommend Window World to anyone talking about replacing windows!

Only complaint on the latest job is the windows have a lot of residue left on. Adhesive? Caulking? Smears, finger and glove prints etc.
The tech gave us recommendations and worked with us on ways to get it off. Unfortunately, it will require a lot of time and elbow grease and careful use of a blade to get it off. Not sure if they came that way from manufacturer? The last windows we ordered were not that way.
