We had a great experience with Window World of Chippewa Valley. Our new windows look awesome and the entire experience from initial consult to installation has been a very smooth process. Our sales consultant, Isaac went above and beyond in terms of customer service. He was great (and quick) at answering all of my questions and even showed up on the install date to make sure we were happy with everything. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs to have windows replaced.

We had a patio door installed. Isaac did a great job explaining our options and letting us know how everything would be installed. He even followed up on install day to make sure everything went well. Rick and Mark did a great job installing the door. Door looks great, would highly recommend!

We had a new patio.door and 6 new windows installed today. Wow, so impressed with the work! The company makes sure your measurements are exact
They come twice and measured again this morning.
The workers each had their jobs to do and completed inside and outside in less than a day. They covered floors and left the rooms all cleaned up! The windows are beautiful! I obviously we highly recommend Window World.

Window World uses excellent products and their employees all do quality work. We have had multiple windows replaced and the new front door is very well fitting and enhances the look of our home.

Absolutely amazing repair service. We had a contractor break the frame of our patio door while doing a remodeling project. Window world replaced the frame and make it look new. We have 2 patio doors from them and have been impressed from the design to the finished install:

Window World replacedy back entrance storm door. My old storm door allowed for mice to come in. And the wind had bent my door pulls twice this year. The installer showed up earlier then was scheduled and finished quickly. I did not have to be home for the install. The only disheartening thing was that they were VERY busy so I had to wait some to get it installed. Nice quality door. Window World installed my front storm door last year, so I knew I could trust that I was getting a good product.

Arrived just as scheduled and these guys meant business! They went right to work, installed all our windows with no messing around and absolutely no mess in our yard or any of our rooms.
Very polite, took time (while still working!) To answer all my questions.
Very professional and polite pair of gentlemen. We couldn't be happier. They told us more than once, not to be afraid to call if there were any further questions or we came upon an issue.
Definitely wish we had used them for our first portion of windows, they look so much nicer and the service was second to none from sales, measure guy and install team. And the price was so much more reasonable!
Call Window World before you call anyone else, you won't be sorry

Did an excellent job putting in the front windows and bathroom window.
And it did not take them very long to get the job done.

From quote process to speaking with office staff to installers, it was a most delightful experience, everyone helpful and professional. The windows are beautiful and solidly installed. Drop cloths, cleanup, and even vacuuming leftover dust and debris. We're very happy! What a blessing Window World has been!

My husband and I recently had 3 windows and a storm door installed by Window World. From ordering to installation, we could not be happier with the service we received. Their products are top notch and the installation was done in a professional manner. The entire work areas were completely cleaned up and the workers showed us how to use the locking mechanism on the storm door. They answered all of our questions and were extremely responsive to text messages or inquiries, even ones sent in the evening. I cannot recommend them more highly.
