Nothing but positive experiences with Window World. The first time they did my window replacements, this time they outfitted my lake house with new gutters and guards. From start to finish easy to work with to include estimates, recommendations, ordering and installing. It took only a couple of hours for them to take down the old and install brand new gutters to include guards. They are fast, efficient and will provide a solution if something isn't working. Highly recommend using Window World from Eau Claire. Also, they are the only company that actually called when I put my name on a sign-up sheet --- to me that meant the most and it was a no-brainer on who to get. If you need new windows or gutters --- call Window World.

We were very pleased with their customer service. Easy to work with.
Update: After the installation of the door, we discovered some structural issues that effected the way the door was installed. We contacted Daniel and he came out to assess the situation. He agreed that the installation was not satisfactory, even though the structural issues were in no way the fault of Window World. Daniel worked with us to address the structural issue and reinstall the door. We are quite happy with the way Daniel handled this situation with integrity. In our experience, not all companies stand by their work the way Daniel and his team did. We are happy we chose to work with Window World on this project.
