Salesman Isacc was great to work with and we appreciated him checking in during the install as well. Installers Matt and Justin did an excellent and efficient job. Windows look and function great. We will use Window World of Eau Claire in the future to finish the rest of our windows.

We had a great experience with Window World! We replaced nearly every window in our 35-year old home and were a little nervous about who to hire and what type of windows were the right windows to get our home updated! Our salesman, Isaac, was very thorough, upfront and was a great help in choosing the right windows for our home! Our installers, Rick & Mark, were prompt, kind, courteous, quiet and did a great job cleaning up their work areas! Everything turned out great-the windows are beautiful, functional and we are thrilled to be able to open our doors and windows and let the fresh air in! Thanks for your help!!!

From quote to install, we have been very happy with the communication, quality of product, and process of installation. At every step of the install the crew stopped to show us the condition of the window openings, and clarified the steps they were taking. They also went through a checklist to be sure everything was completed, and that we understood how to operation the windows. We are excited to watch the performance of the windows over the coming winter. Great experience, with a personal touch.

The crew installing our windows and doors was as skilled, personable, and kind as the crew two years ago on our second floor windows. They were on time every day and cleaned up everyday. They readily solved problems as they arose.

Isaac, my sales rep came out to my condo and showed me all of the options for a window replacement . I was really impressed with the presentation. A few days later I got a hand written thank-you from Isaac. That pretty much sealed the deal for me, along with the price and quality of the windows.
On the day of installation, Matt and Mark showed up right on time. They were super friendly and very respectful of me and my home. Isaac stopped during the install to bring me a gift (best truffles ever) and he checked to see how things were progressing.
I was really impressed with the install and the finished look. My experience from beginning to end was A+++++. I highly recommend Window World.
I am painting the woodwork inside myself, which saved me even more money, so the pic is of the unpainted trim.

Had a leaking window, they came out promptly and gave us a quote. Very good service, easy to ask questions and friendly. They take the time to measure correctly and cut the window to exact size. The sons of the owner came out to put in our window and they were quick and efficient! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Plan to work with them again in the future

Great crew, great service, great product. Love the look of the new siding and trim. Upgraded to the insulated siding. So far, we have noticed less outside noise, which is very nice.

Isaac M did a great job quoting the job and proving us realistic options and advice on how to best to move forward. Matt and Andrew did a great job on the install and did a good job showing how all the hardware worked after install and have a good debrief on what they did. Only point of improvement would be communication from home office on arrival time for install but install team were very accommodating and patient with aligning start time. BEST PRICE in the Eau Claire area (we had 4 bids for the same work with local companies) 40%+ more competitive. Overall great experience. We replaced 5 windows, two full reconstruction and three pocket installs along with a sliding glass door.

This is 3rd time using window world. First was for windows, second was to order new screens for windows (should have gone with the full window screens like they said to begin with), and now for exterior doors. They are always so helpful and do such great work. From start to finish it was a great experience and the doors and windows look amazing!
